Greg Yepes, VFX supervisor from Raising Sun Pictures made a visit to our studio in October. Greg shown us of many behind the scene tips and tricks from Superman Returns, Blood Diamond, Harry Potter and etc. and talked about the latest film he supervised, "The Dark is raising".

about Gregory YepesStarted in the VFX industry as a software engineer working on Rhythm & Hues' proprietary software. This gave him a strong foundation before starting production work as a Lighting Artist. Since then, he's participated in setting up lighting pipelines as well as supervising lighting for several shows such as Superman Returns, Serenity, Garfield, Xmen-2, Scooby-Doo, Harry Potter: The Sorcerer's Stone and more. In 2006, Gregory left R&H and joined Rising Sun Pictures in Australia where he's worked as a CG Supervisor on Harry Potter: The Order of the Phoenix and most recently worked on The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising as a VFX Supervisor.
